Upon submission of your order.

 

 

If you’re using Standard shipping (free for orders over $99), DHL says it will take 3–12 business days, depending how far your item has to travel. 

 

A standard order may take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email after two days have passed, please email info@skuxs.ca with your order number and concern. 

 We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we do everything to ensure your order is delivered on time, Skuxs.ca cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, courier interruptions, etc.

 

 

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email.

 

 

We process and ship orders in the order we receive them, usually within 24 hours. As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Use a web tracking tool to track your parcel, or click on the tracking number in your Order History in your SKUXS account. If you’re using our free in-store pickup, your shipping confirmation email will not include a tracking number. That means your order is in an SKUXS truck on its way to your local store. You’ll get an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up. Sometimes, low stock or problems with payment info might cause a delay. If that happens, we’ll email you. Keep an eye on your email for a day or two after you place the order for a shipping confirmation email.

 

 

Yes, we do ship to Northwest, Nunavut, and Yukon Territories. Please note that your order will ship via our Standard method and could take up to 20 days to arrive.

 

 

Yes. When you place the order, include the name of your designated “pickup person” and remind them to bring photo ID, so we can make sure we’re handing over your order to the right person. Note that we need a full name, cab drivers, uber drivers or couriers cannot pickup orders.
